US stimulus package is passed and it wont allow replacement of US employees who are laid off by H1B workers. This is applicable to firms using the bailout money.
It is now debated that it can be counterproductive because organizations will not be able to hire the best available resources.
Though this program has been beneficial to both US firms and foreign workers who have come on H1B. This has been misused multiple times. A big Visa racket has been unearthed and investigations are going on. 11 people have been arreseted in relation to this fraud.

There are too many citizens out of work for positions to be filled by foreigners. The US was doing just fine before the flood of 3rd world talent and our tech, business and medical fields will continue to strive long after you leave. Keep your talent at home to tend to your own economy.
Thank you very much for writting this article. I am in the process of writting a website which will allow musicians to create an account in which they can have their songs posted and information about them and their band on it in order to help them spread their name and receive feedback on their music. The problem i found was would someone take my site seriously when it first starts out. I figured the more credible it was and the more believable it was the better it would grow.This article has helped me tremendously and will hopefully improve my site.
